POETIC NEWS ANALYSIS on”Union Budget 2017 ” (part-2: Post-demonetisation and agriculture sector analysis)

In last post we talked about one of the hightlights of this budget 2017🤑

Proportionate taxation🤓, Richer will have to open thier heart’s door💓

They are now lucky enough to contribute more because they earn more 💰💸 !

Today, lets analyse budget 2017’s more colours, both bright ones and those which are grey💙💚💛💜

Presenting you summerised version  of what finance minister on 1st feb served on tray💣💥🖐

Along with the opinions and comments what most budget analysts had to say   😋😀😃😉😎 👍👎

#Post demonetisation

First of all if analysed on expectations post demonetisation,it has failed to shine 👀👎

No compentsations and concessions to the common man who faced problems in ATM line 😫😖

Even if government could justify the “no compensation” for thier pain 🤓🤐, Saying it was for nation’s gain😀🙄

“Demonetisation figures “, Why not disclosed?, opposition echoed again and again😡😠

Anyways the budget had justified the demonetisation exercise as not futile😀😐

It says it as a step towards cashless India and a part of removing  black money’s file 😎🤔

Remonetization will come soon and economic loss was not permanent, was only for a while😑😌

I wish government beliefs come true and success comes to thier demonetization’s missile🤓🤐

However, the Pink Notes 😋💟, I wished could have did more as it had roared😠

I m sure you will agree, reading ATM line jokes😂😂 we all have been boared😤

# Agriculture budget

By 2022, targeting to double🤑the income of tillers of nation’s soil🤔🤓

Again we have the increased  allocations for agriculture sector, repeating past few years’ tradition and coil😅😉

Taking forward😋 “per drop more crop”,

Budget 2k17 has microirrigation fund’s hop😁,

Funding Krishi vigyan kendra for soil sample testing,🤓😮

But it has just missed 😷😫 to incentivise farmers so that they find soil health card usage interesting,😌

Soil testing, definately a noble idea and a high potential to reduce chemical fertilizer’s created imbalance and futile urea subsidy,🤓😃😀

But there is no incentive,no compulsion for its usage and there’s nothing to make them feel steady,

all what experts feel is government needs to make the farmers more convinced and ready😋😥🤐

Expanded credit and 60 days interest waiver are other reforms to make inputs in agriculture easy🤗😀

But until we have market reforms income rise idea sounds dizzy🤔😪

Expanding e-NAM (national agricultural market) again ensures platform for famers to sell,🤓😮

It links mandis accross country very well,😌🙃😌🙃😌

However it does not ensures buyers will come,🤐😞😲

If no one buys, useless will be all the allocated sum,😝🤓😮

Infact no one will be ready to buy from a product coming from a distanced anonymous source,😒🙁😒🙁

Unless and untill a third party check ensures credibility with force,😮😯😫

Hence, boasting e-NAM according to some analysts is like supporting an incomplete reform,😔😕

Market experience for farmers is less likely to transform,😪😓😒

However incresing insurance coverage to 40%,needs to be appreciated,😍🤗

Just wish the farmers enroll for it , then the attempt can be really appreciated😋

Hope,Contract farming support which involves corporate farming fears don’t turn true 🤔😯🤐

So that small farmers can happily remain associated😋😏😀😞 and be happy with this new hue🙄😶

Overall with budget 2017 like previous budgets, mixed hopes have increased😑😀😑😁🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Somewhere, in a small agriculture field of Vidharbha, a farmer’s wife🙎 and her husband’s soul 🗣get greased🤐🙃

And thier children’s 👪 future still remain diseased😇😀😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢🙁🤐🤐🤐🤐🤐

Hope you liked the summay !🤓🙃🙃

Do tell me if I have missed any point regarding the two sectorts touched in analysis today.

Criticism and feedbacks highly welcomed!

Till then

Keep smilling,keep reading,keep sparkling like moon😊

With a promise to complete the series soon🙊👧

Signing off 🙋

Yours loving 🤗
